OKL-Library.com Malaka | Amazingly, a group of active and creative women weavers, initiated by the OKL Street Library Community, consists of dozens of women from students, college students, housewives, female family cards, teachers and village officials, in Desa Railor, Malaka, Nusa Tenggara Timur.

The economic and creative industry program with the name OKL Street Library Micro-Middle Class Business (UMKM) Womenpreneurship was formed with the aim of improving the economy and creative industry based on Malaka weaving, preserving regional weaving culture, as well as, to introduce Malaka traditional weaving culture to a national and global scale.

Furthermore, since the establishment of the Micro-Middle Class Business (UMKM) Womenpreneurship program, it has produced a varietyof weaves, such as weaving for adults, for men, for women, for children, and scarves, with a variety of selected motifs. These products are ready to be collected and compete in both local and international markets by digital.

The Micro-Middle Class Business (UMKM) Womenpreneurship Program in collaboration with the OKL Street Library Community, with active and creative women weaver artists, is a program based on social entrepreneurship. Of all sales proceeds, one hundred percent (100%) will be allocated for the development of all literacy programs in the OKL Street Library Community and Social Activities in rural areas of Malaka.
